How-to: Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 3: Manage Incoming Calls, Messages, and Call Forwarding Settings

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Blocked numbers”
3. Follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a phone number: enter it and set the match criteria to “Default” if necessary
   • To block calls from unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
   • To block calls from contacts from the phonebook or call log: go to “Recents” or “Contacts” and select the desired entry

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Blocked numbers”
4. Tap “-“ next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
3. Tap “Message block” and set the slider “ON”
4. Tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Block messages”
4. Tap “Block numbers” and enter the desired phone number
5. Alternatively, tap “+” and select from “Contacts” or “Inbox”

Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access “Recents”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
4. Select the call log entry you want to delete or tap “All”
5. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Tap “Always forward”
6. Select the contact you want to use for call forwarding or enter the phone number manually
7. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “menu” > “Settings” > “More settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
6. Tap “Turn Off”
