Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Blocked numbers”
  4. Follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and make sure the match criteria is set to “Default”
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact from the call log or phonebook: go to “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the desired entry

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Open ‘Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Block numbers”
  4. Tap ‘Message block” and set the slider ‘On”
  5. Tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block messages”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to block
  6. Alternatively, tap “+” and select from “Inbox” or “Contacts”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol linked with the phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “phone”
  2. Go to “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Delete” and select the call log entry you want to remove, or tap “All”
  5. Tap “Delete”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when unreachable” “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
