The field of international arbitration can be very interesting, it is also generally extremely complex as the arbitrator must understand and keep in mind sometimes two vastly different legal systems and cultures.

Prior to my law career i worked for an NGO and ended up doing much international arbitration work posr law school as a result, it was quite difficult depending on the clients but also gave a rare opportunity to study and look at other cultures and people, and how those interplay with the clients.

Boutique international law firms often house attorneys with a specialized skill set. While they focus on international matters, this specialization can be a valuable asset when dealing with criminal cases that have international dimensions or complexities. While seeking experienced advocates for International Arbitration is essential, considering advice from a boutique international law firm can provide a fresh and comprehensive perspective, especially when dealing with cases that transcend national boundaries or have international elements.

Overal it can be fascinating and permit great experiences traveling and researching other cultures and interesting business' and figures...

However that being said there are many negatives, the stress being one and the limitations that this type of work is another... It is not a high volume business in general.
