does flashing your phone affect the status as far as anything u already have saved on it or things like that?

it just overwrite the sound file of 'CLICK!' with a silent mmf, nothing else is affected, you can flash other stuff like ringtones and images to change how the phone looks and sounds, IE: different Folder open sound. And flashing is the only way around this, you need a datacable to do this, perferrably a OEM one.Originally posted by illmatic13

If you turn your ringtone volume down it will make it quiter but not eliminate the sound even if you make it silent mode it still will make a sound
