i think the program you would need is snap media or something like that. i heard that it's only available from sprintpcs or radio shack stores for $35 bucks. there's no place to freely download this program (no shareware or anything else). the free alternative is to go HERE and upload it to your phone using the sprint vision upload tool. of course, you must have sprint vision service. hope that helps.
