How come every time I try to download games onto my samsung e315 it says it's connecting and shows the rotating earth picture, but then it just sits there? It doesn't download the game, and then it asks 'resume wap service'? I want to download more games for my phone, but nothing I can think of has fixed it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I wish I could help you because I have been fighting the same battle for the past 3 weeks. Same phone with T-Mobile. I get the exact same thing that you do. I have tried everything. Been on phone with Samsung and T-Mobile...... Have tried at least 10 dirfferent sites to download games and can't get any to work. I even downloaded a phone uploader to my computer and that didn't work. While on the phone with the samsung rep. he grabbed a 315. I gave him the web site I was trying to download from. We did it together and when I got the turning globe, his phone automatically recognized the jar file and downloaded the game to his phone.. Only difference is his phone was connected to his computer via a serial data cable... Several reps that I got after that told me that it can't be done (even with the cable....) Yet I know this guy did it because I never told him the name of the game I just gave him the Jump code to use and he immediately said to me "got it, its a blackjack game right?"
If you get any info. I would appreciate it if you would share it with me as I will with you. Ultimately I am being told that these phones do not support game downloads.....Actually spoke to the the guy who runs the web site, Club Samsung. I asked a hundred times before I bought the phone and every one from T-Mobile and Samsung assured me that the phone was capable. I have gotten ringtones and wallpaper but that's it..... I am so frustrated. I can build a damn computer and I can't download a simple game to my phone.......

I just got my E-315 2 days ago. I also just hit T-Zones and I went to download fun. I like classic type games so I headed for Backgammon.. accepted the $3.99 purchase. got the little globe spinning.. I was asked if I would like to install.. and a Java install as well.. asked if I wanted to resume WAP.. I declined.. but I managed to download it. It plays quite nicely! (and yes, I am a T-Mobile Rep too.. I just had to try it!)

Batman3C, how many bars are you getting prior to connecting to TZones?

ps... I can build a computer too

I can't speak for batman3C but I can tell you that I live in NYC and get the maximum amount of bars and still can't download games from any other site other than
T-Mobile and the choices are extremely limited there... 5 games at most and 4 of them are already embedded in the 315 when you get it......That's going into t-zones via the phone.... I also tried to download a game from T-Zones via the internet.... As T-Mobile Rep suggested and the site has been down for about a month... I am not knocking T-Mobile.. I have been with them since they were Omni Point, and I actually love the service.. I am just searching for a solution to the game download problem..... Go to Rumkin.com and see if you can download anything from there.... Or go to 3GUPLOAD.com.... Both sites offer free downloads... If you can download any game, I really would appreciate you sharing that information...... Thanks.....

Sorry to hear your bad experience DVPace.. I know there have been some issues with T-Zones this week.. and moreso in some areas.. I only know that they have been working on getting everything working ocrrectly for all users nationwide... I guess I am lucky.. the Pac NW is pretty close to headquarters
