Hey everyone, new here. First off, I tried a search and came up with no answers to my questions. So here goes. I am on my second X427, and having the same problems. At least 4 to 5 times a day, when I open the phone, the screen stays blank between 20 seconds to a couple minutes. If I hit any button, nothing happens. If I hold the end button, the phone will turn on(even though I never turned it off). Secondly, at times, when I try to go to the phone book, menu, or anything at all, it stays on the wallpaper for a while, then finally goes to where I want it to, almost like a super slow computer. Also, when I try to put a headset in it, it will automatically start dialing the last number in call history. I cannot end the call unless I unplug the headset. I have tried 3 or 4 headsets, and the same result every time. Another issue is that my voicemailbox can have messages, but it will take my phone up to 2 to 3 hours to alert me of a new message(and I obviously never had the call go through to the phone). Lastly, I have had dozens of calls that dropped, even though I had 6 bars of reception. Basically, I want to know if I just got 2 crappy phones, or is this phone just crap? I had my first one since Aug 04 till this Friday the 13th (bad Karma there). Anywayz, TIA
