Samsung D500 Help!!!

i just bought my D500... great phone. except for the fact that now i turned it on today and the screen is bright white. I mean all white! it shows no images just a bright white screen. calls work, and phone rings, but the screen lights up and shows nothing but a blank bright screen... Do i need service on it? or is there a clever reset button on it somewhere? help me out cause i cant find the reciept... thanks in advance

My motorola does this every once in awhile, you may have to do a power cycle and just wait a few seconds when you turn it off to turn it back on. Don't know why but it seems to work with my moto, Good luck.
