Kind if new to forum, so here goes:

I had an x427m with Suncom service. I connected to the internet in the begining (about 4 months ago) with Inet. Was already set up when I purchased phone. This is my wife's phone and she doesn't care at all about connecting to the internet, so we haven't tried this in months. Now when I try it, it just spins until it says "network not responding". Suncom says its Samsung's problem because the phone worked when they shipped it to Suncom and Samsung say its Suncom's problem. I take a SIM card out of MY phone Motorola v505 which works on Inet, and put it in the x426 and it still won't connect. Suncom says try a new SIM card.

Anyone got any advice? I don't have a datacable.
