Best phone???

Had a Samsung P107 camera phone and I just loved it...but then we switched to Verizon so we could talk with our kids without using up all of our minutes. Does anyone out there able to help me locate a phone that is like the P107 but where I can use Verizon????? I've looked everywhere for this info...but no luck. Thanks

Well, except for IR that the P107 had, it's pretty much like all other clamshell phones. So, unless your used the infrared, you can go with most any phone that Verizon has.

Personally, I'd go with the LG 8100 or Motorola's E815. Both phones have megapixel + camera's, memory cards, good inside and outside screens, and both play mp3's. The E815 does have bluetooth which very nice. The 8100 with the new version upgrade lets you use the outside buttons on the phone to listen to and control mp3's.

Build wise, I personally think the LG is build better and can withstand more abuse. On the other hand, Moto phones have better reception than any other phone I have ever had.

There are other phones that Verizon has that should suite your needs, but the two I mentioned are the lastest available.

I would say the best one is the blue mono color LCD samsung phone they give you free when you first open a T-mobile account.
That phone is the best. Long lasting battery operation, easy to use, tough, loud ringtone and strong vibration, fast OS response, clear screen.....the list go on and on.
