PM A740...any good?

Hello all. I was wondering if anyone owns the A740 for Sprint. If so, what do you think of it. I heard reports that it heats up. Does it? Is it the battery that overheats? I'm also wondering if it supports mp3 ringtones or anything other than polyphonic ringtones? I'm considering the a740 or the LG PM225 because both are on sale at radio shack. There were also complaints of reception and sound through speaker sounded as if you were in a tunnel. Any help or comments are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I've got it. I'm happy with it. It does heat up a little. It feels like it's the button lights or keypad area that gets warm. It has never gotten hot, though, just a little warm.

The camera is nice. It has great resolution. It supports songtones (lyrical ringtones), too. Midi, MP3, etc. They all work on mine. So far the best deal I've found on it was Radio Shack, too, $29.99.

I've gotten excellent reception, even indoors, close to out of range, etc.

If you have any other ?'s, shoot...

I agree with Rblake...i have an A740..and it does get warm but not hot. I sometimes find the camera to suck at times...but it can take awesome pictures as well and also awesome resolution and i dont think the recepetion can get any better....i was in the mall today and i had 3 bars of reception
