Samsung A660 (Bell Mobility - Canada) Software Upgrade?

Some time ago Bell Canada phoned me to notify me of a software upgrade for my A660 phone. I took one in, had the upgrade preformed and signal problems were signifigantly reduced; I'm quite happy with the phone now. Now I've got another A660 with the old software and asked Bell to upgrade this one and they told me they are no longer preforming the upgrades and I'd have to send it to Samsung to get this done. I don't really want to send my phone away to Samsung and I have a working USB cable for this phone is there anyone out there that would know where I can get the newest software version for this phone and some basic instructions on how to upgrade it? The version on my other already upgraded phone is: (A660 YC08) The as yet to be upgraded phone is running version (A660 XF20)

Is there anyway to pull the software from my upgraded phone and apply it to my non upgraded phone?
