need help with A670

I'm registered in Telus i just want to ask those who are under the same service if there is a service programing code or any code the retrict you from connecting to the phone because i tried using GAGIN, Bitpim, and QPST GAGIN says it doesn't recognize the device BItpim can't detect it QPST detects it but then it says wrong SPC (Service Programing Code) so it doesn't connect if someone know what this means please tell me
