Samsung X475 Data cable

Hi, this is my first post.

Anyway, there is (as least to my knowledge) no official data transfer cable for the Samsung X475. Is it possible to use the data transfer cable from another Samsung phone as long as it has the same connector port on the bottom? If not, is there some way I can transfer data (such as pix or ringtones) to my cell phone? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

For serial data cable, it is PCB093LBE.
