LOL you can compare them on the Sprint website. You've probably already got your answer anyhow by now.

I noticed someone in your thread didn't like their phone, but they didn't give a good reason why not. If I had to take a wild guess, I'd imagine the dual-band phone did not get good reception in their locality. Personally, I could not do without a tri-mode phone because I travel in and out of rural areas and AMPS analog roaming is sometimes all you can get in the middle of nowhere. However, to the best of my knowledge, none of the megapixel cameras are tri-mode. That's the main reason I haven't bought a Sanyo MM9000 for myself.
I hope phonescoop helps you make up your mind. Good luck!

EDIT: I wanted to emphasize that AMPS analog roaming is not going to make any difference in your reception in Sprint's service area or among their digital roaming partners. AMPS should only be considered in your decision if you plan to use your phone outside the metropolitan areasLast edited by Brad729; 02-06-2006 at 11:36 PM.

I have an A900 and it has a Bluetooth compatibility issue that Samsung denied for two weeks. They have finally admitted the problem once it became an issue on cell phone forums. If Bluetooth compatibility for hands-free operation is needed, avoid this phone. Samsung promises that they are "working on it" but I don't trust any company that doesn't admit to a well documented problem. Battery life is also incredibly short.

Since Brad showed you where to compare them, I would say that the Samsung A920 is better. The A900 was rushed to the market in an effort to compete with the Motorola RAZR during the holidays. Also, the A900 has several bluetooth issues as our buddy Steve has pointed out in every post he has made on CPF.
