My Samsung A-900 used to work great until the new update came out. The phone will not update, I cannot access pic mail online or the web. Tech support has been no help. I've called more than 7 times. Rebooting does not work. Updating the profile does not work. NOTHING IS FIXING THE PROBLEM. Any new ideas? Present firmware is YL10.
