How to unlock an R225

Hi,
I am new here.
I need to unlock a Samsung R225.
It has a carrier lock so I can only use it for T-Mobile.
I need to unlock it so that I can put my Cingular chip inside.
Can anybody help?

I called T-Mobile and they game me the unlock code for my R225.

I entered #0111*<unlock code># and it worked. I put a Cingular chip into the phone and it worked perfectly.

I have an old Samsung R225m my wife used on T-Mobile. We have switched to Cingular and the phone we got for her she does't like. Too many bells and whitsles and the battery doesn'yt last.

I have tried some unlock codes posted but with out any success. IAs I mentioned I no longer have T-mobile service how do I go about getting this un-locked so I ca nget a new cinular sim card and use it??
