    So i purchased my samsung t-809 with my new t-mobile contract 2 weeks ago...
    i go to check a text message today during work... adn the LCD screen is cracked... WTF!!! i just used the phone 4 mins before work and it was fine... GAHHHHHHH I DONT HAVE INSURANCE EITHER!!

    ok sorry for the rant, but has anyone else had that happen to them where the LCD on the t-809 would just... crack?

    u still have 2 weeks 2 cancel

    i hav the same phone n ive had it since dec its awesome dude.actuall v hav 2 t809s in my house n they both r fine


    by the way im almost sure abt 2 things u can do but no guarantee
    1..u said u bought it 2 weeks ago take it back 2 the store hav them take it back n cancel the contract or xcng the fone..............im sure theyll b able 2 help don 4get 2 talk 2 the manager if the sales rep couldnt do anything.

    2..amsung offers a 1 yr warranty try that

    but im sure the store people vil manage 2 help atleast they should.

    but again no guarantees. but thrs nothing wrong in giving it a shot
