Hey guys, I am from Canada, and I have this problem, when I want to check my voice mail on my phone, it wont go to it if hold number 1 digit, to go automaticly to where I need, or even if I call my own number it will disconect.

I have to use another phone to call mine, and wait till the voice mail goes on and then click # to enter my password and check my voice mail, instead of my phone, which can get realy frustrating, and sujestions on what can be done?
