sph-a920 help please

i just got this phone and when i'm trying to connect it to my computer a pop-up saying new device reconigized which is normal but when i let it install it, it says it cant find the drivers and i cant find them anywhere. Anyone know what to do?

Sprint PCS Software: Sprint PCS Connection Manager Software from Sprint

Select your operating system, and then click on the first link, which reads:

PC-5740 Connection Manager Software version 3.1.026 21MB 3.1.026

Install that and you're good to go.

actually it still doesnt work : ( i dont understand i downloaded that and when i connect it, it still says new software and wont find the drivers still!!

IIRC, there are two separate drivers you'll need to install. After the first batch is done, open the PCS Connection Manager Installer again and install the second set. The first time I did it, it didn't work so I had to call tech supprot and have the guy walk me through it. Now it's all good.
