It seems no one else in the world has even heard of my phone model so I hope someone can help me.
My friend has sent me songs and sounds via bluetooth and I have recorded sounds via the recorder. I want to set these as my ringtone. When I click the "set as ringtone" option it simply says "not allowed". Theres no explaniation to this, the sounds play fine on my phone but just wont set as a ring tone.
I'm beginning to regret having ever purchased this phone.
Thanks in advance for any help

I'm assuming you're in the UK then... since this is an overseas phone... uhh... is it copy protected?

Well, I'm not all that familliar with forigine phones, but i'll help you my best.
On the phones, there are stock sounds, which are protected (no transfer/no play). Not sure it that's what it is. What kind of phone are you recieving the sounds from?

Re: Samsung s400i help needed
I've recieved sounds from lots of different models of phones. I don't think thats the issue though because even when I record sounds myself it won't let me set it as a ring tone...eventhough the option is there.
