    Re: SPH-a920 trans-flashcard problem

on mine anyway, i have the same a920, i had to create the proper folder structure for the camera to recognise all files. check to make sure the music is in the right folder. copy everything off the card on to comp, then erase, then put empty card in the phone and try to navigate to the card and it should say, you don't have "such and such folder"...do you want to create the folder structure now...you say yes and then you put the music in the media folder i think.

i'll read mine after work and let you know how it is set up...ok.

    Re: SPH-a920 trans-flashcard problem

    I can help with this!

    This is approximate:

    64Mb - 15 Songs
    128Mb - 30 Songs
    256Mb - 60 Songs
    512Mb - 120 Songs
    1 Gb - 240 Songs

the cost varies... check your local best buy or circut city

    Re: SPH-a920 trans-flashcard problem

Robb, u beat me to it by 4 minutes! (This estimate came from the Verizon site)

    256 MB: @160kbps = ~51 songs or 3 hours
    512 MB: @160kbps = ~102 songs or 7 hours
    ...1 GB: @160kbps = ~205 songs or 14 hours

Robb's estimate sounds about right based on 128kbps instead of 160kbps...

    Re: SPH-a920 trans-flashcard problem

Yeah, I just based that on the size I got on my MP3 players in the past (up to 4Gb now lol). This is considered a storage device, so would be limited to 1,000kb to be 1mb, so it'll be less. My flash drive is like that.

    Re: SPH-a920 trans-flashcard problem

It's a good thing you asked, I had to do some google searching to find out your phone will only accept up to 512mb, so don't buy one bigger than that! Any brand miniSD up to 512mb will do just fine.
