Basically what i am trying to do is put music on my samsung a930. The phone requires you to "Sync" music files from windows media player to your phone. When i connect the phone to my computer via bluetooth, the bluetooth programs says it is connected, but when i look at windows media player it says there are no devices.

Can the samsung a930 get music with a bluetooth connection? Any help?

Well I know that using BitPim I was able to synch my phonebook with my computer using the Bluetooth serial port. Once it was connected I just had to tell the software what COM to use. So maybe, if you can find a way to force WMP to use a specific COM port you might get lucky.

I have no idea if this helps you in any way.

I can get the WMA files on the micro sd card that slides into the phone, but when i do that my phone will not play it because it does not have the liscensing rights. Any ideas on how to transfer them WITH rights to a memory card?

(i have the data cable)

I tried every com port with BitPin but still can't connect. My bluetooth software detects the phone, am I missing something between the bluetooth software and BitPin???

The bluetooth connection with BitPim works great.
The only problem now is the 3 hour time difference on calendar items when I transfer back and forth from phone to BitPim.

    any ideas out there?
