3gp video problems

I converted a avi video to a 3gp video and I copied it in the micro sd card already and all the converting worked like a charm, but when I try to play the video on my cell phone, it would say "media cannot support format" or something like that. I don't understand, I mean I converted it to 3gp right? This won't work on my samsung sghd807, but it worked like a charm on my sony ericsson w600i. Can someone help me?

I figured it out...I just downloaded ApecSoft 3gp converter. I don't know how long the trial last, but it's getting it done...

So did it work? Does it play on your phone? Did you assign it as a ringtone?
