Need help with music

What does it say when it doesn't allow to play the song? I had trouble too at first. On my phone (SGH..something something..) it only played songs up to 192 bitrate. Some of the songs I had were over 192 bitrate so I downloaded some free software of the internet and converted some of my songs to 192 bitrate. Also, some of my songs couldn't play because they weren't "VBR" which stands for "variable bit rate." Most songs are "VBR" though so I don't really think you would need to worry. So this is just what happened to me at first and I figured it out. I've only had 1 samsung phone so I can't say every samsung phone is the same when it comes to media. Hope this opens up any ideas for you.
