u420 caller id

Just recently got this phone from Alltel, and since I can't get them to answer my question (been 5 business days, and still no response), I thought I'd ask here. I know the u420 has a photo caller id, but my question is about general caller id. Every other phone I've had, if a person is in your contacts list, the name from the list comes up in caller id. So far, just the phone number is coming up and nothing else. Anyone know of a quick fix? I just don't see anything in the manual about it.

When putting the phone number of the contact into your contact's profile make sure you put the area code in as well. I took the area code off of one of my contacts that I knew worked and it no longer shows their name in the caller id when they call.
