This may have already been answered somewhere, but I haven't seen anything.

I just got the SPH m500, and I have Quest if that makes any difference.

I found this program where I was able to create my own ringtones using compressed mp3 files from my computer. I don't have a usb cable for my phone at this time, so i'm putting everything on my sd and transfering to my phone's hard drive. Now what? I can't figure out how to put anything into "my content" to use as a ringtone. All my mp3 files are stuck in tools/mass storage/file manager/phone. Can anyone help? I have it saved in both mp3 and qcp formats.
