I just got an unlocked samsung SGH-D500 phone...and when i try to send and receive pictures the message "configuration error" pops up...help!!

Call your Provider and ask them to send the "Browser Configuration Packet" and "MMS Configuration Packet" to your phone and it should be sorted out.

i had the same problem and did what robb4248 suggests. problem solved

Is that free? And it'll work even though my provider is tmobile, and the phone is an unlocked cingular phone. I hate to sound this stupid, but I've never had an unlocked phone before. Thank you so much for the help guys.
