I just recently bought a new Samsung SGH-A707 from AT&T/Cingular and one thing is bugging me. I can't seem to get rid of the banner on the Homescreen that says "AT&T". I would like to change it or just remove it all together but for the life of me I can not find the setting. Does anybody know where this setting is? For some reason is really bugs me. :P Appreciate any help you all could provide.

Re: Homescreen Banner: SGH-A707
Yea I figured, since I spent like an hour on it but I remember on my RAZR somethings where in weird places so I just wanted to double check. Thanks for the reply. Do you know if that's an AT&T thing or just a Samsung thing? Just curious.

Re: Homescreen Banner: SGH-A707
Considering there are very few functions of the phone that can be done through the headset, your theory is flawed as is your attempt at being funny.
Of course we don't expect a carrier to issue an anonymous phone, whatever that is, but we do expect that we can at the very least customize the banner as I've been able to do on every other phone I've ever owned.
