i had a question about the samsung 707sc

here it is for those who are unfamiliar with the model



i think it's only sold in japan, but it CAN be used in the US on GSM networks with SIM cards (such as Cingular and T-Mobile)...please tell me if i am mistaken

i heard that it has video chat...but only for 3g right? will this video chat work in america?

if it does work in america, who can i video chat with? my girlfriend has a LG CU500V with Cingular...if i got this (and I have T-Mobile), could we video chat together? if not, then who could i video chat with? (here's my gf's phone)

1. It can be used if it is GSM and runs on the 850/1900 mhz bands.

2. Video Share is only for AT&T and both phones need to be on the AT&T network.

3. You can ONLY use video share one way!! It can not be used as a communication between two people who want to see each other. Only one person at a time can be seen. It's not really worth it.

4. Go to AT&T. You can use mobile to mobile.

5. The phone needs to have Video Share as an option in the menu to execute it. It's not something you can just "do".

6. Go to your local AT&T store if you are in a 3g market and talk to them about Video Share if you are still confused.

im aware you can't just do it...however, my girlfriend has video chat (and video share) on her phone with AT&T...the 707sc also has video chat and video share (i believe share, but chat for sure) and i have t-mobile. how could i chat with her? possible?

also...do u think this phone is too girly for a guy? i've had just about every color of phone EXCEPT white, so i thought i'd give it a try
