My family opened gifts this morning and i gave my father who has to work on Christmas morning a new Samsung A117 GoPhone. Everything works except for the exterior display. It lights up blue, but the time, signal strength, caller ID, etc. doesn't show up like it should. Any suggestions on how to get it working?
