To Samsung R500 users regarding faceplates

Does anybody else's back faceplate's lower right hand stick up slightly? I just got this phone and that has been annoying the heck out of me. I think it's because the battery is protruding slightly causing the faceplate to stick out a bit, but it's really annoying. Does anybody else's phone do this?

Yes, You have to push down on the little button at the same time and the face plate will slip right on.
