Touchscreen problem with samsung Star s5233

Hi,
I bought samsung star about a month back and since then struggling with its touch screen.
The problems I face is :
1) Whenever I unlock my cell phone [/B], the touch screen dosen't work i.e.I am not able to select any option, on the phone screen. After trying for some time (say 30-40 sec), the touchscreen works. This is really frustrating.
Can anyone please suggest what can be done regarding this problem?

I think that your digitizer is burnt and needs to be changed. If you bought it under warranty than you should be able to get it fixed. If not its going to cost you some money, around $100

klarita is correct, if the phone is under warranty, you should be able to replace it or get the problem fixed through Samsung customer service centre.

It is better to contact Samsung service center because it is in warranty period they definetly solve your problem or if any big problem in your mobile they replace it.

holaa tengoo un sansumg star y cuando kiero eligir algo no se puedo una parte de la pantalla no mas funciona pero esta muy raro cuando kiero elijir algo tengo qe tocar la pantala pero aun lado pero que pueda entrar donde eligiii ME URGE que me ayuden

From today my touch screen does not work.

I need my all data from mobile particularly all contact.

You have restore your mobile,after restoring the mobile you have to restart your phone after 20-30 mintu.I think it might be work.
