samsung hype A256

I bought a sim card to put in this cell phone but the screen says the phone is lock i tried the default reset numbers like 0000 000000 1234 12345.

I cannot tell if the battery needs to be fully charge but when i turn it on i get as far as the password to unlock phone.

any suggestion i can get from someone. i was looking for a reset button in the back of phone.

The hype is from Rogers.
Is your sim card fido?

- - i am havinq the exact same problem, ,my provider is rogers . . ive called them and they were no help !
