    My wife's Samsung A300e is quite elderly now, but she loves it. Yesterday, however, it started to emit a quiet beep every twenty minutes. Charging hasn't made any difference. Neither has removing and refitting battery and sim card. Any ideas please?

    all is well but can we have the solution to the problem? other people have the same problem.
