Okay. I'm 15 and in August my dad purchased the samsung reclaim from sprint.
we got a 2 year contract. Today i dropped my phone into the snow as i was leaving. and an hour later, my dad came and retrieved it. he said the back cover had fallen off, exposing the battery to the snow. he has it right now, and i dont know if it is working or not.. and i dont know if i have an insurance plan for my phone. how much am i going to have to pay when i go into the sprint store, if i dont have insurance? and if i do have insurance, do i have to pay anything?
