New Toca lite

Hi new here so please be gentle with me,i have jusrt recieved this phone for christmas and i need to know a couple of things.First one is how do i turn the touch screen tone off but leave the volumn high,this is really bugging me.Next every time i take a photo i go to my photo,s and nothing is there,i have taken at least 15 photo,s but my phone is showing nothing.
Please please help.
