Mobile Web does not work on Samsung Jack

I have had the Jack for several months with no complaints. I can browse the web on IE whoever, the Jack comes with a Mobile Web icon. I believe this is ATT shoping portal. This will not connect for me. Any experience with this?

I've the same problem, tried everything with AT&T and Samsung helpdesk. someone on an AT&T forum suggesting pulling the battery while the phone is on. It worked! only for about a month, then I have to do it again, but it solves the problem until someone permanently fixes it. It apprently has something to do with Samsung's browser (opera mini). hope that helps
