Samsung Tocco lite annoying message?

Hi, I hope someone can help, I've a samsung Tocco Lite which is a few days old and I keep getting this message after I text or make a call " want to send your contact info to the person you just called ? Share your details and stay connected! " if i touch the ok button at the bottom of the screen it sends my name and number and costs me money, is this software or a service provider message, I'm on T-mobile . I've phoned them about how to turn off this message but they seem unable to help as do samsung themselfs, does anyone else get this on a tocco lite? its very annoying!!!
