samsung eternity will not play you tube

I have a samsung eternity and when i goto youtube and click on a video it will not play them. it just keeps saying connection failed. My wife has a samsung impressa and vertically seem like the same phone except for the keep pad but her play every youtube video you tried to. We have the same service and everything. can you guys help?

did you upgrade your filmware? if not go into menu, then setting, then software update and follow instuctions and that should do it.

You can watch but make sure that you have a data plan cause other wise it will cost you big money!
