Samsung solstice, Help!!

I walked home from my bus stop in the rain with my Samsung Solstice in my pocket. i turned it on, and whenever i click a button through use of the touch screen it does not work, it shows me hitting the button, but nothing comes up. also when i drag my "1 new message" box around it starts freaking out and reseting to one place in the top left corner. Help!!

sounds like moisture build-up. take the battery out IMMEDIATELY and dry your phone out! Best way I've figured out to get moisture out of phones is to place them in a zip-loc bag with some silica gel packets. don't turn your phone back on until you are 100% sure it is completely dry.
