I just got the Samsung SGH a777 today. Every time I want to use it, to make a call, use the camera, anything....I have to hit the "unlock keys" button. Is there a way to disable this feature? I have spent hours looking at the actual phone and the user's manual and I can't find anything.....anybody have any suggestions? It is truly annoying....
Thanks!

Re: New phone
have a look at the settings category carefully. It is not hard to find it. I think you must be too tired.

Wow mamatakeme, your post was so very helpful and informative (NOT).......like I didn't pore over the entire book looking for the right settings. I am not too tired to know how to read.....
For other users, I did find that if I slide the phone up instead of unlocking the keys every time, this is much easier.

Re: New phone
This is not a big issue you can set it your self. You need to go in the setting and in the setting check your keypad setting.
