I love this phone but everytime i make a call or have an incoming call I have to press the "unlock" or "clear" key to complete the call or answer the call.

Example:
I dial out. The phone starts ringing and then a popup comes up saying please press the lock key or the clear key to continue.

Same thing on incoming calls. I press the answer key and then I have to press the lock key or the clear key to continue.

Any way around this. The person at Best Buy said you cant turn that off. It just doesnt make sense not being able to.
