Samsung High Note - Low Sound From My End

Hi

I have the Samsung High Note. I've only had it for a little over a year, and it's worked fine up until a couple days ago. Whenever I talk on the phone, people say they can barely hear me. I traded phones with someone in my house just to hear exactly what it's like, and coming from my phone, any voice sounds like a whisper at best, even when I shout.

I haven't dropped it recently, and, to my knowledge, I haven't adjusted any settings.

Does this sound like a familiar problem, or does anyone know if there is indeed some setting that I've changed? I've looked throughout the phone's settings to see if there's anything like "Microphone" or something, but haven't found any such setting.

Is this a problem that can be fixed, or do I have to get a replacement phone?

go to service center..it can be fixed
