Does the Samsung Impact have ANY WiFi capabilities?

Hi All!

This is my first post to this forum. I have heard on another site that the Samsung Impact IS
WiFi capable, although in all of the Samsung literature, it says that it does not have these capabilities. Can someone please clear this up for me? I believe that the Impact is also one of the few touch screen phones that doesn't require a 'data' plan, which is why I'm thinking of purchasing it. However, I'd also like to be able to surf the net with my cell phone without having to pay the large data plan fees. If I can't surf the net by using free WiFi at the library, etc., I'll have to rethink the Samsung Impact purchase, as the only other way to get the internet is by spending more money on that added feature.
