    I have a flashing envelope with a W on it, I don't know what it's for or how to get rid of it. Someone out there know what's goin on?

    it is a Trojan Zlob spyware infection ! dont dont download ANYTHING it may want you too, it will make it worse.!

    download this little app; http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix…

    click open when prompted

    then select the clean option. this will solve your prob
