I have a Samsung Caliber on Metro PCS service. I was sending a text message and it blinked off on me. It would not turn back on it would just load and reset over and over. I was able to get it turned on finally but all my features (pictures, videos, music, calender, tools, etc) are missing. Even the option for settings is no longer available... I connected the phone to my pc using the PC studio in an attempt to reinstall the firmware but to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reset the phone?
