Problem with the samsung 335

I have the samsung 335 and i know from its reviews that it has a low memory. It keeps coming up with insufficient memory. How do i delete the cache?
Or how do i fix this problem when it happens.

Clearing the Browser Cache (Samsung e335)
To clear the browser cache, perform the following steps:
1. From main screen, select Menu.

2. Scroll to and select t-zonesSM .

3. Scroll to and select Clear cache.

4. Select Yes.
