Hello!
I've made a pretty stupid mistake recently.I set a phone lock on my Chat 335,and I forgot it.The problem is that I can't enter the code for reseting the phone lock,as I can't turn on my phone,because it asks for the phone lock right in the beginning.So I have no idea what to do,can I somehow reset the password with buttons or an external software or something?

i have this problem too and cant do the reset as it wont let me add symbols just numbers
