    When I receive a text message the sender's name is not displayed, only the phone number, even though the person is in my contacts list on the phone. How can I solve this problem?

    Which phone are you referring to?

    Are you sure you have the number in the phone correctly? Some phones treat a 1 in front of the number differently than others.
